On October 6, the final Seoul concert of 2NE1‘s “Welcome Back” tour occurred.

2NE1 proved themselves to be the idols of idols yet again, with numerous other stars in attendance at the show. The group’s concert also served as an unexpected YG Family reunion, gathering YG Entertainment idols past and present.

Of the current and present YG Entertainment artists, many fans were hoping to have an interaction between BLACKPINK and BABYMONSTER. Luckily enough, Jennie gave netizens what they were hoping for in a way!

BABYMONSTER attended 2NE1’s concerts as both guests and opening artists, entertaining the crowds with impressive performances before the older group took the stage.

BLACKPINK Jennie was spotted at this final concert, and reacted to BABYMONSTER several times. At one point, Jennie is seen recording their stage and seemingly telling someone the group are her hoobaes or juniors, or calling herself their “eomma.”

She was also seen dancing and singing along as the group performed “Sheesh.”

Prior to their debut, Jennie acted as a mentor for BABYMONSTER and it is easy to see that that affection has continued to this day!

Many fans of both artists were excited to see the “crumbs” between the two popular groups!
