BLACKPINK’s Jennie Reacts To Being Recognized While In Character On Variety Show
BLACKPINK‘s Jennie seemingly panicked after being recognized during a variety show.
Jennie is currently starring as “Maria” in the new JTBC show My Name Is Gabriel.
In the last episode, after Jennie became the character “Maria,” she picked up some male guests. After picking them up, she got into the car and as they drove, one of the men looked at his phone and showed it to his friend.
One then said, “I feel like I’ve already seen you before.”
Jennie adorably felt flustered, adding to the cast, “That’s when I started to panic.”
In the recent episode teaser, it seems like not only did the people recognize her as a celebrity, but they knew that she was a member of BLACKPINK.
During the episode, Jennie served the guests wine and pasta, was the perfect host, and interacted with them.
As the meal continued, one of the guests shocked Jennie by saying, “We think we saw you somewhere.”
While Jennie tried to turn the conversation around, one of the guests brought up his sister and her room, and how he saw her on a poster.
Before one explained, “Are you sure you don’t sing ‘BLACKPINK in your area.'”
As always, no matter where Jennie goes, people know who she is.
