Korean Media Outlets Review BLACKPINK Jisoo’s Debut Movie Cameo — Netizens React
After news of BLACKPINK Jisoo‘s movie debut, netizens are reacting to the reviews of the idol’s cameo.
Jisoo has always gained attention for exuding actress vibes and had her first main role in the JTBC show Snowdrop with actor Jung Hae In.
It was recently announced that Jisoo would make a special cameo in the movie Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman. During the press conference, the director stated, “While looking for an actor who would fit the image of the fairy, I came to think of Jisoo after watching her in ‘Snowdrop.’”
On September 20, a first look at Jisoo’s character was revealed, and as described in the initial release, the idol looks like a true fairy.
Of course, with Jisoo’s first role in a movie, netizens were anticipating the reviews from those watching, especially when the first screenings took place. Yet, it seems like many media outlets couldn’t stop praising the idol for her short cameo.
One media outlet claimed that as soon as Jisoo appeared on the screen, the atmosphere in the theater would change.

In addition, trustworthy actor Park Jungmin and Jisoo, who is loved by the public as an actor and member of the global K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK, will have a special acting collaboration to attract the audience’s attention.
