Here Is BLACKPINK Jisoo’s Workout Routine To Lose Weight On Tour
BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo is known for her fit and healthy figure. However, there is a lot of work that goes into maintaining her physique behind the scenes!
While Jisoo loves to do Pilates, she’s not able to do this while traveling on tour. Recently, she shared her go-to workout routine while living a busy life in various hotels on tour that anyone can do.
Even after performing at BLACKPINK’s concert, Jisoo chooses to work out afterwards for two reasons.

Jisoo’s workout of choice while on tour is cardio. Specifically, she enjoys low-intensity steady state (or LISS), by walking on a treadmill.
According to her results at the end of her workout, she walked on the treadmill for 50 minutes at a speed of 4.6 kmh (2.8 mph) and an incline of 4.6%.
Jisoo never makes excuses — Even without a pair of sneakers, she’s still ready to exercise!
However, she recommends wearing sneakers to work out properly, so she remembered to bring them the next day.
She revealed she felt fatigued during the concert so she uses this routine to help increase her stamina while on tour.
Working out and having a healthy diet are two vital steps to weight loss and maintaining a fit physique like Jisoo!
