BLACKPINK Lights Up Seoul, New York, And Los Angeles In Pink Ahead Of Their “Pink Venom” Release

BLACKPINK shows their incredible global impact ahead of their comeback.

BLACKPINK is less than an hour away from officially making their long-awaited comeback with their pre-release single “Pink Venom.”

BLINKs have been eagerly awaiting the return of BLACKPINK to the music scene after the members have been focused on their impressive individual activities.

After almost two years, the group will return with their second full album, Born Pink, on September 16 and will their pre-release single “Pink Venom” at 1PM KST.

It turns out those cities would celebrate the group by literally lighting up local monuments in pink for BLACKPINK’s comeback.

Today, member Jisoo shared a photo of Seoul’s Namsan Tower lit up in pink on her Instagram story.

The official Instagram for BLACKPINK invited fans to join the “Light Up The Pink” campaign and share photos of monuments lit up pink in their cities.

In an incredible show of the group’s global impact, fans began uploading photos of famous monuments in New York, Los Angeles, and Seoul involved in the campaign. Tokyo, Shanghai, and Bangkok will also join the campaign in the evening on August 19.

The Sun Wheel, one of the world’s tallest Ferris wheels, also showed their support for the group because of the dedicated effort of BLINKs to involve them in the “Light Up The Pink” campaign.
