BLACKPINK’s Lisa Opens Up About Why She Sees Herself As An “Average Person” Despite Her Fame
BLACKPINK‘s Lisa is nothing short of amazing. At the young age of 25 years old, she has already accomplished what many people can only dream of. It all started when the Thai woman moved to Korea as a child to pursue her dreams of becoming a K-Pop idol.
Not long after making her debut in YG Entertainment‘s BLACKPINK, the girl group released hit after hit, winning numerous awards…
…traveling the world…
…selling out concerts…
…and becoming ambassadors of some of the biggest and most luxurious brands in the world.
However, despite this indisputable fame, Lisa thinks of herself as an “average person.” The “MONEY” singer recently graced the cover of Harper’s Bazaar SG, where she talked about how she isn’t very different from other people.
She may be booked and busy, but like the majority of the population, she loves sleeping in, going on walks, and having food delivered to her. These are all activities that a non-celebrity could like, too.
I see myself as an average person, not so different from other people. When I don’t have a schedule, I usually sleep in, go for walks, and get food delivered.

“I enjoy such small moments of happiness, just like other people my age,” she added. It doesn’t take much to make her smile.
