Korean netizens reacted to BLACKPINK Lisa‘s “Rockstar.”
On June 28, an online post asking “What Do You Think Of Lisa’s Rockstar?” went viral. The post is referring to the idol’s most recent release, Rockstar.
Lisa’s latest song is the BLACKPINK member’s first project released under her LLOUD label and the idol’s first since leaving YG Entertainment to pursue her solo endeavors.

Korean netizens reacted to the song with mixed reactions. While there were some who didn’t like the songs, many agreed that Lisa was absolutely killing it.
- “I don’t think it’s very commercial.”
- “It’s weirdly tacky.”
- “Wow, Lisa is given first writing credits, lol. This would never happen if she was still under YG. She wasn’t even given credit for her rap lyrics in ‘As If It Was Your Last.’ This is just the first single before she releases her collaborations and her new album, so fans should just stream ‘Rockstar’ while they wait.
- “It isn’t my style, but I think Lisa should just continue as a solo artist. She’s so f*cking cool even when she’s alone.”
