It’s crushing the competition.

BLACKPINK‘s Rosé and Bruno Mars are making history with their new collaboration “APT.” This catchy, hit song has been breaking records since it premiered on October 18 — and it shows no sign of stopping!

1. YouTube

At the time of writing, the “APT.” music video has surpassed 127 million views on YouTube, making it a triple threat; it is the fastest K-Pop music video, fastest music video, and fastest collaboration of 2024 to reach 125 million views. Among Korean soloists, “APT.” is the second-fastest music video to reach 100 million views on YouTube, second only to PSY‘s “Gangnam Style.” Rosé also broke her own record; her “On The Ground” MV previously held the record for fastest music video by a Korean soloist to reach 100 million views on YouTube this decade.

2. iTunes

Thanks to “APT.”, Rosé now holds several new iTunes records. She holds the record for the most No.1 songs on iTunes by a female K-Pop act in 2024 and the song by a female K-Pop soloist with the most consecutive days (six) at No.1 on the Worldwide iTunes chart. Since “APT.” reached #3 on Worldwide Apple Music, Rosé also holds the record for having the second-highest peak as a K-Pop soloist.
