“Hello, this is Sunwoo of THE BOYZ.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can sincerely express my honest thoughts and feelings, and whether I might be writing something that doesn’t truly reflect my heart. I’m sorry for how long it’s taken me to write this.

First of all, I imagine many of you must be exhausted. I’ve been endlessly reflecting, again and again, on my words, actions, and mistakes.

Because of my personal thoughts and the way I acted without enough rationality, the original intent of what I wanted to say became distorted. Even though I had no such thoughts in mind, I allowed myself to get carried away by emotions, and in doing so, I didn’t speak or act with the care I should have. I want to sincerely apologize for that.

I want to make it clear that this message isn’t just something I wrote to move past the situation. I lacked maturity and couldn’t respond properly from the start, and in trying to defend myself from hurtful comments that crossed the line, I ended up hurting many others with my own words and actions.

It’s not that I’m asking for forgiveness or trying to claim that I was misunderstood. If someone saw me in that light, then I first need to recognize that maybe I really was that kind of person. From now on, I will do my best to prove to you, and to myself, that I am not that person, that I am someone who genuinely values people, their hearts, and the relationships we build. Even if it takes time, I’ll show it through my actions.

Lastly, this message is meant for those who criticized me for my shortcomings and immaturity, those who may have been hurt or felt uncomfortable because of my behavior, and all the people around me who continue to love and support me. I truly hope my feelings are conveyed through this message without a single misunderstanding.

Once again, I sincerely apologize to everyone who felt discomfort or was hurt because of my immature response.

And to all the THE B who have loved me, I’m so deeply sorry.”
