Brand New Music Has Terminated Their Contract With Their Boy Group BDC
Brand New Music has decided to terminate their contract with their boy group BDC following a mutual decision between the company and the members.
In a statement shared with various media outlets including Xportnews, Brand New Music announced the BDC members will no longer be a part of their company.

First of all, we would like to thank the fans who have supported and loved BDC. We would like to share our official position regarding the termination of the exclusive contracts of the BDC members.
We have mutually agreed with BDC members Kim Sihoon, Hong Seongjun, and Yun Junghwan on contract termination following a series of lengthy and in-depth discussions. Following their digital single release on August 26, 6pm KST, BDC will conclude their activities as artists under Brand New Music.
We sincerely apologize to the fans who have always been supporting BDC with this sudden news.
Although their exclusive contracts with us will conclude, we hope for their growth and great leap forward in the future. And we support their bright future ahead of them.
Lastly, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Fine who have always sent their love and support to BDC.

BDC debuted in 2019 with their single album Boys Da Capo following the three members’ participation in Produce X 101. They most recently competed on JTBC competition show Peak Time, where they were eliminated during the first elimination round.
