BTS Fans Launch #ARMYHelpThePlanet In Response To Amazon Fires
BTS‘s ARMY is calling all troops to protect the planet we call home.
The Amazon, nicknamed “the planet’s lungs” covers 40% percent of South America and provides 20% of the oxygen in Earth’s atmosphere. It is also home to over 30 million people, as well as mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles.
In just the past week, over 9,500 deforestation fires were set across Brazil, burning large portions of the Amazon at an alarming rate. This has raised environmental concerns worldwide.
In response, ARMY has launched #ARMYHelpThePlanet, a campaign to protect the environment. Fans are using their massive influence to help Brazilian ARMYs raise awareness about the Amazon fires.
