Big Hit Entertainment Trademarks “BTS Universe Story”
Is BTS‘s HYYH era making a comeback in 2020? All signs point to…maybe.
In 2015, BTS released their third EP, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1, also called Hwayangyeonhwa (HYYH). This era introduced a storyline in BTS’s “I Need U” MV that would grow to become the BTS Universe (BU).
Recently, fans have compiled a growing number of hints and spoilers that suggest a return to the BU story, wherein Jin repeatedly travels back in time to save his friends from their bitter fates.
On July 22 and 23, BTS’s Smeraldo Books Twitter account shared two new “notes”, indicating that a sequel to The Notes 1, The Notes 2, might be published in the near future.
On July 23, fans also discovered a new trademark by Big Hit Entertainment that adds another piece to this puzzle: “BTS Universe Story”.
What is the trademark for? Some fans believe it could be tied to BTS’s comeback, while others have connected it to Netmarble‘s new BTS game, BTS Universe Story. Back in May, Netmarble revealed that the game will be released in the third quarter of 2020 (July to September).
When all our trials seem to be over, despair always awaits us. A new contract and fate shrouded in pitch darkness. Who is to be saved? Where is the Map of the Soul to open the future?
