BTS’s “Butter” Album Tops Japan Oricon’s Weekly Album Rankings
Congrats to BTS!
BTS is taking over the charts in Japan with their new album! According to the latest chart released by Japan’s Oricon, BTS’s single, Butter, ranked number one on the Weekly Album Ranking with a weekly album sales of 195,000 copies (counting period July 12-18).
With this, BTS has topped the Weekly Album Ranking for the ninth time in a row. They are also the first foreign artist with the most number one albums.
Their new track, “Permission to Dance” is also taking first place on the Weekly Digital Single Ranking for July 19. Congrats to BTS!
