BTS To Collaborate With Charlie Puth At 2018 MGA
It has been confirmed that BTS will be collaborating with American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth on the stage of the 2018 MGA (MBC Plus X Genie Music Award).
A collaboration between BTS and Charlie Puth has been a topic of discussion for awhile now as Jungkook is known to be a huge fan of Charlie Puth and has mentioned numerous times in the past that he’d like to collaborate with the singer one day.
Jungkook has even covered Charlie Puth’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore”.
Charlie Puth reacted to the video by Tweeting, “Love this Jungcook” and the two artists have since been showing support for each other via Twitter.
Some international fans disapproved of BTS and Charlie Puth’s relationship as they were doubtful about Charlie Puth’s intentions, believing he was only using Jungkook’s name to promote himself.

As a result, the news of their collaboration has not been exciting fans as much as some of BTS’ other collaborations.
At the end of the day we know that bts values don’t reflect Charlie’s and knowing that is enough for me to put aside my dislike for the things he has done and trust the boys. If for that’s not supporting then by all mean ls you have that right.

if the collab will be seen as a performance, i genuingly hope the audience doesn't boo charlie factory,, i understand disliking him, i do too but don't put bts in that uncomfortable position plEAse

Ok so here is the tea:
Charlie Puth is um… How do I put it… kinda a bad person um I've seen him literally say he wants to collab with BTS because of their big fan base, not bc of their music… Also using jungoo for clout, so nah fam I don't like him— kay • bts✈♡ (@Jungstob) October 28, 2018
Charlie P*th does seem to take interest in the attention BTS have but everyone says that about every single artist that they announced first collabs with them. For the sake of BTS I’m gonna put my personal feeling about P*th aside and just support them like I always do

Nonetheless, fans continue to show their support for the boys no matter who they collaborate with.
I don’t keep up Charlie Puth so idk what the hate is about. But I do know BTS, especially Jungkook, must be excited to do a collab with him. So chill with the nastiness. Jungkook would be upset if he saw. We don’t put up with other hurting him, so why is ok for us to hurt him?

I know some of you are not in favor of Charlie Puth and BTS collaborating but please just put up with it for our boys

I'll be supporting BTS n Charlie Puth collab cause we all know how much effort n hard work BTS puts in each performance. They show us the best and i won't let that hard work go in vain. Also JK has been wanting to collaborate with Charlie for so long and I'm excited for him

listen i don't mind supporting this because i don't care about charlie and the chocolate factory. i'll just act as if he ain't there if that means that i'm not ignoring all of the hard work that bts put into this.
