BTS Fan Breaks Record Through Online Concert On Twitter Space, And We Can’t Get Enough
Normally, BTS is known for breaking records and even made it into the Guinness World Record‘s Hall Of Fame. Yet, a BTS fan with the Twitter handle @CARROTBUNK00 and the username “Yoongi’s gf” recently gained fans’ attention after breaking a record for the number of viewers for a Twitter Space.
On September 6 (KST), fans of BTS were suprised to go onto Twitter and find that “Yoongi’s gf” was hosting a Twitter Space called “bts but I’m screaming the lyrics.” During the live broadcast, the user was screaming various BTS songs.

Quickly after the broadcast started, the user gained a huge number of viewers worldwide who enjoyed listening to the ARMY showcase their passion for the group.
Fans later shared that after screaming many songs, the user started singing normally and showcased a sweet and angelic voice that allowed the talent and lyrics to shine.

However, it was the scale of the broadcast that caught the attention of non-ARMYs. Very quickly, the hashtag #btsbutimscreamingthelyrics was trending online.
With fans and non-fans alike joining the broadcast, it quickly broke the previous record for the number of viewers for a single Twitter Space by beating the first user to reach over 50,000 listeners.

The Twitter Space itself lasted for around three and a half hours, and fans online just couldn’t get enough of the free concert they were treated to! Although Suga might not be aware of who his “Yoongi’s gf” is, the members should be proud that an ARMY has made such an impact!
