BTS Have Not Received A Nomination For The 2020 GRAMMY Awards
Nominees for the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards have been announced!
On November 20, ARMYs around the globe eagerly tuned in for the GRAMMY’s nominations press conference, wherein 15-time GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter Alicia Keys, Recording Academy President/CEO Deborah Dugan, and Chair of the Board of Trustees Harvey Mason Jr. announced 2020’s nominees.
Unfortunately, BTS were not among the artists chosen. BTS were entered to be nominated in three of the four big GRAMMY categories (“Song of the Year”, “Record of the Year”, “Album of the Year”), along with “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance”, “Best Music Video”, “Best Pop Vocal Album”, and “Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media”.
Although many fans were disappointed by the news, ARMY couldn’t be prouder of BTS and all that they have achieved.
