BTS Mobbed By Massive Crowd Of Reporters And Fans At Incheon Airport
Fans are expressing concerns for BTS‘s safety following six and the seven members’ returns from the U.S.
On June 2 (KST), RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook arrived back at Incheon International Airport, following their White House visit. V returned home early to attend his the VIP premiere for actor Kang Dong Won’s movie Broker.
An hour before BTS’s arrival, dozens of reporters and fans gathered at Incheon Airport to welcome them home. The crowd waited peacefully for the group in roped-off areas monitored by airport security.
As soon as BTS began walking through the airport, however, that peaceful situation turned frenzied. Both fans and reporters ran to catch up with BTS…
…and crowded the members with cameras. Jungkook, in particular, was swarmed on his way to his vehicle. As always, however, he protected his members and greeted admirers politely…
…right up until the door closed.
Now, fans who watched BTS’s arrival are expressing their outrage and concern for the members’ safety.

I have never seen him like this. The crowd at the airport today was disgusting and disrespectful. I hate every single one of those unwanted people. @bts_bighit @BTS_twt @HYBEOFFICIALtwt can you manage the airport crowd properly next time? This kind of crowd is dangerous and risky! https://t.co/gAPj5yTXmK

Between BTS’s historic White House visit and their upcoming comeback, interest in the group has never been higher. Even so, as ARMYs have pointed out, BTS’s personal space should always be respected and safety should always be the top priority.
