It’s BTS J-Hope’s World And We’re All Just Living In It – Spotify Records Broken Yet Again
BTS‘s J-Hope has done very well for himself as a solo artist, with his solo tracks, “Chicken Noodle Soup” and “Daydream” breaking various music records all over the world. This time, he has broken yet another record, on Spotify this time round, for having the most number of followers any Korean solo artist has had.
The number he has struck is well over 3,500,000 followers, in addition to the 20 million followers his band, BTS, possesses on the music site. This is a huge growth for the talented rapper and dancer, given that just in January this year, his followers were only at 2,500,000, meaning that in the short span of half a year, his followers grew by almost 40%.
Currently, out of any solo Korean singers on Spotify, J-Hope is the only one that has over 3 million followers. J-Hope’s Spotify records are also phenomenal, with his solo mixtape Hope World having been streamed over 2 billion times.
He is certainly the artist to watch out for, even having broken one of the hardest people in the world to beat – G-Dragon. As fans are highly anticipating BTS’s next comeback, take some time to appreciate J-Hope’s genius in his solo music video for “Daydream” below.
