Here Is What Happened To The Students That BTS's Jimin Sponsored — And All His Other Kind Acts

Previously, BTS‘s Jimin heartwarmingly donated a total of ₩30.0 million KRW (about $22,200 USD) to his alma mater, Busan Arts High School. He made the donation considering that students in Busan were often affected by familial circumstances and unable to focus on their studies. Other donors contributed, with the final amount totaling ₩193 million KRW (about $143,000 USD). This was awarded to 10 students in total.

It was reported that a student who had been studying under a scholarship from Jimin had been accepted into the university of his dreams. He thanked Jimin, reasoning that “with the scholarship, he was able to focus on his studies.” He wants to be a good influence on society in the future. The student personally sent his thanks in a letter to the Green Umbrella Foundation in Busan, which Jimin donated under.

Jimin has consistently been donating to society. He has donated publicly 12 times. A dedicated ARMY listed out all the times that Jimin had been kind.
