BTS’s Jimin Responds To ARMYs’ Behavior During RM and V’s Enlistment
BTS‘s Jimin has addressed ARMYs’ behavior following the enlistment of RM and V.
It was recently announced that the rest of the BTS members would enlist for their mandatory military service.
Ahead of the enlistment, BTS’s RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook did a live broadcast. Along with chatting with fans, they asked fans not to come to the base to respect others enlisting and their privacy.
They added that ARMYs are BTS’s “face” so their last request is for fans not to come to the training base.
It seems like ARMYs listened to their wishes.
On December 11, BTS came together again to send off RM and V to their enlistment. While it was private, the members made sure to share photos with fans so that they could see all of BTS together.
If that wasn’t emotional enough, Jimin went live hours after ahead of his own enlistment, and it included an emotional reveal of his shaved head.
At the end of the broadcast, Jimin addressed ARMYs’ behavior with the enlistment, linking back to the plea they had given before. In particular, Jimin couldn’t stop praising fans for listening to them.
I saw that ARMY didn’t come to the location. I really want to thank you for keeping the promise.

He also added that he hopes ARMYs continue the behavior after adding, “-And [I] ask you do the same just for tomorrow.”
The BTS members always have faith in ARMYs, and Jimin’s words will make many hope that this respect continues.
