BTS‘s Jin has beef with friend Jonathan… sort of.
Jin recently guested on the last episode of KStarNextDoor4, hosted by Jonathan. Jonathan asked Jin about his celebrity friends and how the idol is known to have only a few close friends. Jin explained that people try to keep in touch with him, but he wishes they would.
Seokjin about not having many friends:

Jonathan: People wonder if they’d get to see you again. I think the chance is very low.
Jin: That’s the problem. People think it’s not easy to see me again, so they never call me. I wish they did.

This provoked Jonathan to wonder if he and Jin could potentially be friends. So, he invited Jin to his birthday next year.
Jonathan: Really? Can I call you for my birthday?
Jin: February… I don’t have anything in my schedule yet.
Jonathan: That works. I get to spend my birthday with you.
Jin: But if it’s crowded, I can’t make it.
Jonathan: Yes. I’ll gather my friends and let you know.
Jin then proceeded to tease Jonathan, reminding him that he had already attempted to befriend him. It was Jonathan that had failed to keep in touch, not Jin.
Seokjin said in the beginning of the show he came cos he was close to Jonathan. And it appears that they had filmed in another occassion previously too?

Jin: Last time we had a shoot, I called you first and even gave you a gift after the shoot. But he never called me first after that.
Jonathan: What do you mean never?
Jin: You never did.
Jonathan: Wait.
Jin: Open your messenger.
Jonathan: My messenger?
This triggered a back-and-forth, which surprised even the show’s crew. Jin revealed that Jonathan hadn’t even responded to any recent texts.
We talked about a few things. Then he ignored my text. Since then, until the shoot today, he never sent, ‘Are you coming to KStarNextDoor4 today?’

The callout clearly flustered Jonathan, and he apologized. Jin reassured him initially, but he couldn’t help but continue teasing Jonathan when Jonathan claimed he would begin texting Jin every day!

Jin: He keeps saying that when he’s never going to do that.
Jonathan: I am sorry about that.
Jin: No need to apologize.
Jonathan: That is… My bad. From now on, I’ll text you in the morning.
Jin: Text me every morning.
Jonathan: In the morning, ‘Good morning.’ I’ll text you every day.
Jin: I’ll see how long it lasts.
