BTS’s Jin Proposes To An Unexpected Love Interest

It’s sparked a lot of meme reactions.

BTS‘s Jin has officially deleted the original 2021 hit “Super Tuna,” and he’s replaced it with the updated and extended version, which was released today after much anticipation!

With a new special music video released, Jin has birthed new memes, much to ARMYs’ happiness. It appeared he might have even found inspiration in pre-existing memes.

Still, one moment that took the (wedding) cake is when Jin proposed to an unexpected love interest.

“Super Tuna” lyrics include “Please bite on my fishing rod. At that moment, the tuna asked me, ‘Hyung, hyung, please take me.'” He brought this to life by “proposing” to a tuna with a fishhook (instead of a ring). The tuna responded positively, blushing, and Jin skipped off with it in his arms.

Fans couldn’t get over the bizarre scene.

They joked that a tuna was their “competition.” Who knew a fish would be our rival for Jin’s love and affection?

ARMYs also compared Jin’s love interest to that of fellow BTS members’ love interests in their music videos. Jin surely doesn’t conform to others’ standards!

Yet, some have drawn parallels between Jin’s music video and Suga (Agust D)’s, as both contained fish scenes.

The hilarious scene also inspired many memes, which are going viral across X (formerly Twitter).

Jin previously asked ARMYs not to “spread” “Super Tuna” too much. Read more below.
