BTS Jungkook’s Apology To Fans Is Breaking Their Hearts
BTS‘s Jungkook is showing ARMY, once again, that he loves them just as much as they love him.
Shortly before BTS flew to New Zealand to film Bon Voyage 4, Jungkook was swept up in dating rumors. A CCTV photo of Jungkook hugging his friend, tattoo artist Lee Mijoo, was leaked online, causing some to wonder if the two were romantically involved.
BTS’s agency, Big Hit Entertainment, and Lee Mijoo both shut down these rumors. The person responsible for leaking the photo has since been sued by Big Hit Entertainment for violation of personal information law and defamation.
On January 7, BTS said farewell to New Zealand in the Bon Voyage 4 finale. During his segment, Jungkook apologized to fans and revealed what was going through his mind while filming.
“Before I say anything else, first of all, I think I should mention that I’m very sorry to the fans. I still feel guilty about it.”
“To be honest, I thought, can I really laugh and joke around here?”
“This thought crossed my mind quite often.”
Jungkook ended his message to ARMY with a promise.
I just want to say that I won’t let you down.
— Jungkook (BTS)
Jungkook’s sincerity has touched fans, and they are assuring him that he has nothing to apologize for.
still crying at the fact that jungkook literally apologized to us and said that he didn't know if he deserved to laugh during bv4 because of what happened,, he deserves nothing but happiness and he has literally no reason to apologize for what happened :( pic.twitter.com/KZxDM7SyHV
