It wasn’t unprovoked.

BTS member Jungkook recently “threatened” to sue someone on TikTok, and the user couldn’t be happier.

The user in question is a South Korean independent singer and content creator named Hyeda.

She posted a video doing the “Seven” dance challenge on TikTok like millions of other users, except that her dancing skills were…exceptional. Hyeda’s comically awkward movements invited some hilarious comments from her followers. She included some of those comments in her dance video, which made it even more hilarious.

I’m sorry but you look like a fish escaping from a fish farm.

One of the comments, in particular, said that Jungkook might sue her for dancing to his song like that. So, Hyeda wrote in the caption, “Jungkook-nim, will you be suing me?

Jungkook ended up responding in the comments, affirming that he will be “suing” her. Hyeda replied with a playful plea for mercy.

If her choice of emojis didn’t already make it evident how happy Hyeda was to be sued by Jungkook, the singer also took to Instagram to share this exciting news with her 50,000-plus followers.

I have been successfully sued…Everything went according to my plan…now please take me into custody…

As much as the plaintiff (Jungkook) and the defendant (Hyeda) seem to be enjoying this little legal comedy, fans are also fully into the hilarity of the situation.

Only Jungkook could make someone this excited over a lawsuit.
