BTS’s Jungkook Becomes Youngest Korean Artist To Enter Billboard Hot 100 Chart
BTS Jungkook’s new solo track “My Time” from the MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 album has made its own record on the U.S. Billboard charts. It ranked at number 84 on the Hot 100 chart and number 2 on the Digital Song Sales chart.

As of March 3 (local time), three songs from their new album entered the Hot 100 Charts. These three songs include their title track “ON” at number 4, Jimin’s solo track “Filter” at number 87 and Jungkook’s solo track “My Time” at number 84.

As for the Digital Song Sales chart, “ON” came in at number 1, “My Time” at number 2, and “Filter” at number 4.
With the debut of these two solo tracks along with the title song, “ON,” they have made a record for being the first Korean artists to have three songs on the Hot 100 chart simultaneously.
Jungkook’s “My Time” also topped at number one on the U.S. iTunes Top Song Chart. This song hip-hop R&B track expresses the journey he has gone through as an artist.
He is also the youngest Korean artist to ever to enter the Hot 100 chart and is also the highest charting BTS solo track.
