ARMYs who are also fans of iconic American singer Janet Jackson were surprised to see BTS in Janet Jackson’s new documentary!
Janet Jackson’s two-part documentary, Janet Jackson., aired on A&E and LifeTime on January 29 and 30. In the documentary, Janet Jackson touched on the highs and lows of her career, her romantic history, her experience as a member of the super famous Jackson family, and her relationship with her late older brother, Michael Jackson.
One of the career highs included in Janet Jackson’s documentary was when she won the Inspiration Award at the 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMAs).
Janet Jackson traveled to Hong Kong to receive the award in person, and BTS introduced her before she took the stage to give her acceptance speech. She also met up with the members backstage.
Some of the footage from their backstage meeting was included in the Janet Jackson. documentary.
