RM Visited Art In London That May Have Inspired BTS’s “IDOL” MV
BTS‘s resident art lover, RM, visited a friend while adventuring in London.
Earlier this week, BTS arrived in London for their 2-day Love Yourself: Speak Yourself concert on June 1 and June 2. While in the city, they will also be appearing on Britain’s Got Talent.
Most of the members haven’t posted on social media since they left Brazil, but fans now know what Jin and RM have been up to. While Jin was checking out London’s Korean BBQ, RM was dining at Tramshed, a restaurant that displays Damien Hirst’s sculpture “Cock and Bull”.
RM tweeted these photos of himself enjoying the unique tourist stop.
Hi Hirst.. & UK 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/BiqSzJqVhn

“Cock and Bull” is part of Damien Hirst’s installation series, “Natural History” that preserves dead animals in tanks filled with formaldehyde. One of his most famous works, “The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living” may look familiar to ARMYs.
Many fans believe that Damien Hirst’s shark sculpture inspired the shark scene in BTS’s 2018 “IDOL” MV. Now that RM has said “Hi Hirst”, is this theory confirmed?
