Is The “RM3” Mixtape Coming? BTS’s RM Stays Behind In The US For Work
After four exciting concerts and many adventures in Las Vegas, most of BTS has flown back to South Korea from the United States.
On April 18, BTS departed from Los Angeles International Airport and touched down on home soil. Not all of BTS’s members, however, were on the flight.
According to Korean media reports, RM is staying behind in the US to complete an undisclosed schedule. What is he working on?
Fans believe it could have something to do with his third mixtape, nicknamed RM3.

RM recently talked about his new mixtape during a live broadcast. “About the new playlist [mixtape], I’m getting ready and working on it,” he told fans. “I’m inviting really interesting and unexpectable people to my album.”
RM’s work schedule could also involve BTS’s collaboration with rapper Snoop Dogg. In January, Snoop Dogg revealed that BTS had reached out to him for a collaboration, and he confirmed the project in March.
The BTS experience you keep talking about. I’m going to let them tell you about it. It’s official like a referee with a whistle. I love that entertainment world. It’s good music. It’s a vibe. I make good music. They make good music. And we end up doing this. This is what it’s always about, bringing our worlds together.
— Snoop Dogg
For now, RM’s business remains top-secret, but what we do know is that plenty of exciting BTS content is in the works. At their final Las Vegas show, BTS revealed their 2022 comeback date, June 10. Read all about it here:
