Big Hit Entertainment's Mysterious "Smeraldo Books" Piques Fans' Curiosity

Big Hit Entertainment may be preparing something new and exciting for BTS fans based on their fabled smeraldo flower.

The smeraldo flower, which exists only within the BTS universe, was discovered on June 12, 2013, the same day BTS debuted. It has been featured in a number of BTS’s works, including their LOVE YOURSELF Highlight Reel.

Fans have long suspected that the flower would play a larger role in BTS’s mythology, and it looks like they may be right!

On January 6, Big Hit Entertainment created a new Twitter account called “Smeraldo Books”. The first post connects the smeraldo concept to “The Truth Untold”, the title of a BTS song.

“<SmeraldoBooks> was named after the Smeraldo flower with the meaning, ‘the truth untold’.

Big Hit Entertainment drew fans’ attention to this mysterious new account by retweeting the following post.

The post includes a clip of Jin and a caption that hints at BTS’s return to their ongoing storyline.

Fans aren’t sure what this new branch of BTS’s story will bring, but they couldn’t be more excited for it!
