BTS’s Suga Can’t Help Thinking About An Iconic Music Video Moment With Jungkook When Filming His Slap Scene With PSY
After what seemed like waiting forever for it to be released (even though it was only a matter of days), ARMYs couldn’t get over their excitement at the release of PSY‘s new track “That That,” which was produced by BTS member Suga.
After a series of tricks, PSY even managed to get Suga to collaborate on the track and appear in the music video despite the latter’s hectic schedule.
When the music video was released, it wasn’t surprising just how epic the music video was. Not only did it make references to PSY’s old music and Agust D, but it was just extremely random and was so much fun to watch.
Yet, one scene that immediately caught the attention of fans was the fighting scene between PSY and Suga.
It was so iconic that even Super Junior‘s Heechul was taken by surprise during an episode of Knowing Bros. After the scene, he looked totally shocked when PSY started slapping Suga around and shouted, “Oh, hit Suga?!” Only PSY would dare!
Well, it seems like Suga went on a trip down memory lane when it came to how he was going to do the scene… and it was all because of a memorable moment with BTS’s Jungkook.
BTS recently released some behind-the-scenes clips from the filming of “That That.” During the video, ARMYs were taken behind the scenes of some of the most epic parts of the video and certifying the fact that Suga and PSY are definitely BFF goals.
Of course, the video wouldn’t be complete without showing the process of filming the iconic slap scene, and Suga really gave it his all.
Being Suga, he seemed a little shy when it was finished filming. But he also shared some TMI with ARMY, explaining that it reminded him of a fight scene he had with Jungkook in a past music video for the track “Run.”
ARMYs had to relive the epic moment from the music video after seeing that Suga was being nostalgic. As expected, the scene is still as epic, almost seven years later, as Suga and Jungkook showcase their intensity and acting skills.
After the video was released, netizens couldn’t get over the comment made by Suga. In particular, there are always jokes that ARMY can’t get over the HYYH Era, which is when the EP The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1, was released. It seems as if it isn’t just fans who can’t let that era go.

Considering how epic both scenes were, it isn’t surprising that Suga couldn’t help but compare them. As always, Suga always knows how to make ARMY smile, and this trip down memory lane was epic for everyone.
