BTS’s Suga Speaks To Media At Police Station About His Drunk Driving Incident

The police investigation into Suga’s drunk driving incident has now ended.

BTS‘s Suga was previously caught drunk driving an electric scooter on August 6, 2024. He was reported to have been found by the police after falling in front of Nine One Hannam, a luxury complex in Hannam-dong. The police detected alcohol on him and brought him to a nearby station. They discovered a 0.227% alcohol level in his bloodstream. Investigations are currently underway.

On August 23, 2024, Suga arrived at the precinct for his investigation summons at around 7:45 pm, after concluding his public service duties for the day.

Suga paused in front of the press briefly to speak about his incident.

He apologized thoroughly for the matter and promised to undertake the investigations diligently.

Firstly, I am very sorry. I am truly reflecting on having hugely disappointed many fans and many people. I will diligently undergo the investigations. Once again, I am sorry.
