He explained the hilarious mix-up.

Hwang Minhyun discussed being cast on the street when he was in 9th grade. He hilariously shared his sketchy experience with the casting agents, which even Suga acknowledged would have “seemed scary.”

As Hwang Minhyun shared his street casting tale, Suga added that he hadn’t experienced being street cast, before suddenly remembering that he actually had.

BTS’s Suga was already a trainee at BIGHIT MUSIC (formerly BigHit Entertainment) when someone in a black van approached him while he was on his way to school.

Someone in the van called out to Suga, handing him a card and asking if he would be interested in joining an entertainment agency.

Suga faithfully responded that he was already a BIGHIT MUSIC trainee, and it was then that the people in the van, who were managers from BIGHIT MUSIC, realized they were trying to recruit their own trainee.

The BTS member explained that the trainees were overseen by the company’s recruiting team, which was why the management team hadn’t recognized him.

The hilarious story proved Suga was right where he needed to be!
