BTS And Taemin Both Win Double Crowns On Gaon Weekly Charts
BTS and Taemin have both achieved the honor of double crowns on the Gaon Weekly chart for the week of September 6 to September 12.
BTS topped the digital chart and streaming chart with “Dynamite” while Taemin topped the album chart with his new album Never Gonna Dance Again : Act 1 and the digital download chart with his title track “Criminal.”
BTS recently broke a new record for becoming the first and only Korean artist to take the No.1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in a row.
They also appeared on NBC’s America’s Got Talent 2020 with an incredible performance of “Dynamite.”
Taemin’s new title track “Criminal” shows a more dark and chilling concept that reveals a different side to him.
“Criminal” has been praised for its choreography and performance with the music video reaching over 7,000,000 views at the time of this posting.
BLACKPINK was also seen topping the Gaon Social Chart 2.0 for the 16th week in a row.
