BTS’s V Admits He Has One “Regret” About His Solo Debut
BTS‘s V recently made his long-awaited solo debut and his anticipated return to variety television, including an appearance on fellow BTS member Suga‘s program Suchwita and soloist IU‘s musical program, IU’s Palette.
During his IU’s Palette episode, the two talented idols showed off their close friendship, revealing that they’ve grown close through their shared taste and interest in music.
IU shared her candid thoughts about V’s album with the BTS member, revealing that, from her perspective, she found it “totally unexpected.”IU noted how V’s solo release felt like he was revealing his “true self,” and the BTS member agreed.
V admitted that he “stuck with [his] own style” for his solo debut, considering it his “turning point.”
In order to reach his “arrival point,” V felt it was only natural to give his solo album everything he had.
IU asked how satisfied V was with his solo release, and he honestly admitted he was 90% satisfied with the final product.
IU replied that 90% satisfaction was “extremely high,” but she wondered what accounted for the additional 10%.
V hilariously revealed his “regret” that his solo album didn’t have “any big dance moves.”
IU asked if he planned to change that with future releases, and V joked that he should “burn up the dance floor next time.”
