BTS’s V Finally Reveals His Iconic “7” Friendship Tattoo In An Almost Shirtless Picture From His Trip To Mexico
The latest topic for the past few months for ARMYs has been BTS and friendship tattoos.
Since it was revealed that the members all had special “7” friendship tattoos, the members have slowly been revealing their own tattoos.
One of the first members to speak about the tattoo was actually BTS’s V in a Weverse post to an ARMY. Yet, despite the message, V was one of the two members that hadn’t actually revealed his tattoo properly.
ARMY: Don’t get a tattoo!!!!!!!!!!
V: That’s something I’ll decide on my own, and the members and I always talked about getting a friendship tattoo. We’re going to get a friendship tattoo one day. Look forward to it 🥰🥰
Well, after months of speculating, BTS’s V has finally revealed his friendship tattoo!
On December 16, V surprised fans when he shared some images from his recent trip to Mexico.
He even sent the internet into meltdown after showing some chest before jumping into the water.
It was the final picture that definitely caught the attention of netizens. Like the previous video, V gave ARMYs a glimpse of his physique in a shirtless picture after he jumped into the water. The only catch was that the idol had a towel to cover up his chest.
Yet, it wasn’t actually V’s physique that sent the internet into meltdown… it was a small detail on his leg. Zooming in, it was clear that after months of speculation, V finally revealed that his “7” friendship tattoo was on his leg, just above his knee.
Of course, it wasn’t completely a surprise. In September, V did a hot AF photoshoot for Vogue. In the photos, V showed his thighs and had ARMYs thinking it might be his friendship tattoo, but with the quality and no confirmation from V, it was all speculation.
When the images were posted, ARMYs couldn’t get over the fact that they finally had solid proof from the idol about his tattoo… and it was revealed in a nearly shirtless photo from his time in Mexico.

With 6/7 members now having shown their tattoos to ARMYs, it’s only Suga that is left to reveal his tattoo and where he chose to get it done.
