Chipotle Has Officially Rebranded, And It’s All Because Of BTS’s Jungkook
In the latest BANGTAN BOMB, the BTS members took a much-needed lunch break amidst filming for comedian James Corden‘s “Crosswalk Concert” segment for the late-night TV show, The Late Late Show With James Corden.
Lunch was ordered and delivered from the Tex Mex fast-food chain Chipotle Mexican Grill. And, while it was maybe their first time eating from this restaurant, it soon had the members like…
Still, they weren’t quite familiar with Chipotle as it’s an American restaurant. So, there were some misunderstandings on the name at first. BTS’s Jungkook thought it was “Chicotle,” and J-Hope said similarly that he thought he heard “Chocolate” at first.

And, ARMYs loved the members’ first-time reactions to having the iconic Tex Mex food so much so that the fandom collectively decided to recognize the name-change given by Jungkook. We will all refer to it as Chicotle rather than Chipotle from then on out.

Well, we’re not the only ones. Chipotle—Sorry, we mean Chicotle has officially recognized the name change and has begun rebranding on social media by changing the brand’s Twitter account’s name.
