Soloist Choi Yena is known for her bubbly personality, her fun concepts, and her many talents that have charmed fans since she debuted with IZ*ONE in 2018.
Since IZ*ONE’s disbandment at the end of their contract in 2021, Choi Yena has actively been promoting as a solo artist and has appeared as a popular cast member on multiple variety programs.
Seven months after her last Korean language release, Choi Yena is back with her third EP, Good Morning, which was released on January 15, 2024.
The talented soloist has been promoting her fun title track, “Good Morning,” and earning praise from netizens for how well the rock concept and energetic stage suit her.
Choi Yena recently went viral for her “Good Morning” Inkigayo stage on February 4, thanks to an unexpected “mishap” during her ending fairy pose.
At the end of her February 4 performance, Choi Yena went to put on the sunglasses she had hanging from her shirt and accidentally put them on upside down.
Although she noticed the error, she hilariously went with it, posing proudly with the upside-down shades on.
Netizens loved the unplanned moment and Choi Yena’s go-with-the-flow attitude, which further showed her charming and funny personality.
