Recently, AP Entertainment shared a clip of singer CL looking back on group 2NE1 and how she found out about the disbandment. She reveals that although it was very heartbreaking for her, she now has more control and freedom over what she chooses to do.

Back in 2016, the group officially disbanded on November 25 after making themselves known as one of K-Pop’s most iconic girl groups. After news of the announcement, YG stated, “We are deeply saddened but after seven years we decided that it’s better for the members to pursue solo careers.”
