Clara Lee avoids lawsuit and resolves dispute with advertisers
Model and actress Clara Lee is reported to have resolved her dispute with her advertisers without resorting to litigation.
On March 11th, a representative from Clara’s side revealed that they have reached with an amicable agreement with the advertising companies, confirming that the model will resume with her activities and remain in contract with a few of them.
Clara Lee and the advertising companies were able to reach an agreement without the legal process of a suit.
The discord started when the actress and model was cautioned by the Korea Entertainment Management Association for her exclusive contract dispute with Polaris Entertainment. Since then a number of advertising companies expressed their move to possibly file a lawsuit against her for the negative publicity brought upon her existing lawsuit.
Meanwhile, in light of Clara Lee’s contract dispute with Polaris Entertainment, the agency was reported to have been raided by the Korean authorities and IRS, resulting to their President Lee Gyu Tae and other executives to be arrested.
