Controversial YouTuber Sojang Gets Chased Down By Dispatch Amidst Kang Daniel Case Trial
Controversial and malicious YouTuber Sojang attended a court trial on May 27, 2024. She was previously indicted on charges of slander and defamation due to her multiple videos on YouTube. Her YouTube channel focused on spreading malicious content against celebrities, including IVEâs Wonyoung, aespa, and Kang Daniel.
On May 27, Sojang was spotted in disguise, wearing a wig and glasses, to attend the first trial for defamation against Kang Daniel. Her lawyer admitted that Sojang produced and posted the video regarding Kang Daniel, but she denied the intention of slandering.
Although she was in “disguise,” Dispatch chased her, capturing photos. She attempted to conceal her identity, but they recognized her. This is the first time that Korean media have captured her.
The footage of Sojang being chased by Dispatch is going viral across social media platforms, such as X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok with 341.2K and 547K views, respectively, at the time of writing.
