Cosmic Girls’ Luda Is Caught Up In Dating Rumors With Kang Daniel Over A Photo… But There’s A Plot Twist
Earlier this year, Cosmic Girls‘ Luda opened her own personal YouTube channel, where she has shared four videos so far in the last month.
Most recently, she uploaded a video earlier today of herself in her home, sharing some behind-the-scenes stories of her life as an idol.
Though the video was focused on Luda and different notes she wrote about from 2022, there was something in the background of the video that eagle-eyed viewers couldn’t help but notice.
In an earlier version of the video, you can see a part of what appears to be a photograph of a man displayed on a shelf behind Luda.
Most viewers likely wouldn’t have thought much of it if that had been all that happened, but later on, a new version of the video was uploaded that blacked out the photo for the entire segment.
When netizens noticed this, it became a race to see who the mystery man in the photo was, and why Luda and her label may have been so quick to cover it up.
Despite the blurry, difficult-to-see photo, it became a rumor that the photo depicted none other than fellow K-Pop idol Kang Daniel. And of course, that led to speculation that Luda and Daniel must be dating, otherwise why would they have felt the need to hide a photo of him?
Some fans suggested that maybe she was just a fan of Kang Daniel, while others remained convinced that there must be something more going on between the two idols.
However… There’s a plot twist. After rumors spread that the photo was indeed a picture of Kang Daniel, the truth was revealed that put an immediate halt to the dating rumors between Luda and Daniel.
Because it turns out, the photo is actually that of Golden Child‘s Bomin.
Netizens found the realization to be hilarious and unbelievable, considering how adamant some people were that Luda and Daniel must be together.
Of course, that then led to the thought that perhaps Luda is dating Bomin, since the photo was still hidden in the video on her channel.
There’s no confirmation or denial of this rumor yet, but that’s all it is for now — a rumor. It is odd that Luda and/or her label thought it necessary to hide the picture, but maybe she is just a fan of Golden Child! Whatever the case is, Kang Daniel was never actually involved in the situation in the first place.
