On November 11, media outlet Tenasia’s report confirmed that the creditor who filed the claim was former ADOR employee A, who sued Min for defamation and violation of personal information.
Employee A also reported Min and ADOR Vice President B to the Ministry of Employment and Labor for unfair labor practices.
It was also stated that this seizure was a follow-up measure to the civil lawsuit against Min.
