It was recently stated by SM Entertainment on August 28, 2024 (KST) that their artist Taeil had been charged with a sex-related crime. It was decided that he would leave his group, NCT.

The same day, the official game app NCT World immediately shared a statement that they would be removing his content from the game.

Following this, on August 29, 2024, Dear U. Bubble, the signature subscription message app for SM Entertainment artists and more, announced that they would be terminating service for Taeil.

Termination would be immediate as of 11 AM KST on August 29, 2024. The policy for this matter states that refunds will be available for those who have subscribed to him solely. In the case where one subscribed to him as part of a multi-ticket deal alongside other members’ subscriptions, partial refunds would not be allowed.
