DKZ New Members’ Profile Photos Gain Attention…For Making Them Look Worse Than In Real Life
Boy group DONGKIZ recently rebranded and changed their name to DKZ. This came with the newfound fame of member Jaechan after he starred in Semantic Error, a BL web drama. Along with the rebranding, they also gained three new members. Fans welcome Sehyun, Minkyu, and Giseok! The profile photos of the new members were revealed by their agency and swiftly started gaining attention. After a deep dive, past pictures of the members surfaced, and fans just had to ask — why did they seem to look better in real life?
1. Sehyun
Sehyun is only 22 years old this year. Before his debut, he made rounds on social media for being handsome. With flower boy looks, he gave off an ulzzang vibe.
His past photos showed off his high nose bridge and almond-shaped eyes.
He even greeted fans through video! From the video, fans began buzzing that his profile photo didn’t do him justice.

2. Minkyu
Minkyu is 21 years old. He confuses fans with how much he looks like different idols from different angles. In his profile photo, he reminded one of Kim Wooseok.
In an old selfie, he looked like SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu.
In other photos, he reminded one of VICTON‘s Byungchan…
…NU’EST‘s Minhyun…
…and even ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo!
3. Giseok
Nothing much is known about Giseok apart from his age. He is 18 this year.
While fans could not locate his pre-debut photos, they did spot him in his cameo role on Semantic Error.
After comparing their profile photos and past photos, fans began to question the skills of DKZ’s hair and makeup team.
