On October 21, 2024, it was announced through IU’s official fancafe that the address for sending fan letters and gifts had changed. This only came after fans realized that their letters and gifts kept getting returned by the post office. A fan personally asked IU through the fancafe why if the company had changed their address, given that their items kept getting returned. It was only then that IU herself spoke up in response to the fan, claiming that she had no clue.
