ENHYPEN Fans Enraged At Belift Lab For Dragging The Group Into ILLIT’s “Plagiarism Controversy Mess”
Belift Lab recently uploaded a video in order to try to clear the plagiarism accusations that were made against ILLIT. In the video, the team that created ILLIT, including their choreographer and creative staff, were interviewed. During the interviews, they explained the details behind the creation of the accused points such as choreography and more.
The video received severe backlash as not only did they try to clear ILLIT’s name, it seemed as if they had deliberately tried, and failed, to besmirch NewJeans as well. A page in the video was inserted to show that the team had purposely tried to differentiate ILLIT from other girl groups such as IVE, NewJeans, and BLACKPINK. However, fans accused the team of purposely trying to make it seem as if NewJeans was a group created to satisfy the fantasies of adult men.

In addition, Belift Lab invoked ENHYPEN, who was completely unrelated to the entire feud. They claimed that NewJeans copied ENHYPEN with their uniform concept taken on a flight of stairs.
ENHYPEN has never once been mentioned by Min Hee Jin or any party in the series of accusations made against Belift Lab and HYBE. The sudden mention has led ENHYPEN fans to be furious at the company.

Not only this, but fans are also angered that they have used Belift Lab’s account to post about the matter right before ENHYPEN’s comeback. Fans urge the company to either use HYBE’s account or ILLIT’s.
