Epik High’s Tablo Reveals Why He’s A Huge Fanboy Of Filipina Singer Lea Salonga
Epik High‘s Tablo is a huge fan of Filipina singer Lea Salonga, and he talked about their Twitter exchange in a recent interview with NME.
Early this year, Lea Salonga tweeted about having discovered Epik High and loving their music. Tablo let his fanboy heart loose by replying in all caps and adding many exclamation points.

Tablo revealed that he is a big fan of Disney music because it was a source of strength when he was struggling. Naturally, he also became a fan of Lea Salonga, the singing voices of both Princess Jasmine and Fa Mulan.
I’m a huge, huge Disney music fan. Disney princess songs, specifically, really get me through difficult times. And Lea’s sung a lot of those songs, right? She was the voice of so many princesses.

Describing her tweet about Epik High as “awesome,” he recalls reacting like a total fanboy when he saw it. He was thrilled to learn that she listened their music.
It was crazy that she was listening to our music, and tweeting [about] us. I was like, just totally like a fanboy. But yeah, that was awesome.
