As part of their Act: Promise world tour, TXT have performed across the planet over the last six months. Their recent stops led them to Jakarta, Indonesia, where they held a concert on October 2.

Fans were thrilled that the group would return but have since compiled the many issues that happened on the day of the show that were not the group’s fault.

Before the concert even began, many fans were disgruntled that it would take place on a weekday rather than a weekend. While this is common, the group’s tour dates in Indonesia have all occurred on weekdays. Act: Lovesick occurred on October 12, 2022, a Wednesday; Act: Sweet Mirage occurred on August 9, 2023, a Wednesday; and Act: Promise occurred on a Wednesday as well.

In addition to concerns like a lack of concert decor around the venue…

…fans shared that the seating arrangement changed in ways that significantly altered the experience.

TXT’s concert was originally supposed to take place in two halls of the venue, but it was said to have been changed to just one at some point, unannounced. This presented a problem as more fans were put into a smaller location, an issue that has the potential to become dangerous when dealing with standing areas.

With the change in layout, also came the lack of promised risers for the concert and a completely different view than expected for the price. The price was also taken into consideration as fans complained about the lack of theatrics with the stage set and no “send-off” benefit.

Another concerning issue was the banning of food and water, without handing out of water during the event. Jakarta’s temperatures as of late have been high, with heat warnings being issued as a result.

Fans, while grateful that TXT returned to the country, have directed their complaints to Applewood Indonesia and BIGHIT Music to make their grievances known.
