When idols hold a concert or fanmeeting, it’s normal for them to take a group photo with the audience to cherish the memories from the event. However, one such photo unexpectedly caused outrage when it was released to the public.
Former (G)I-DLE member Soojin recently held her 2024 SOOJIN 1st FAN CONCERT TOUR “Summer Daze” stop in Taipei. After the show, fans eagerly waited for the release of the show’s group photos but were outraged upon seeing them.

After seeing the group photos with Soojin, I can only say that I don’t have an opinion about insider tickets since some people have the ability to obtain tickets (without needing to purchase them when they go on public sale). However, I hope the organizers will stop acting innocent in the future. Do not tell the public that the first-row VIP tickets are available for sale because it’s not actually possible to purchase them. Just give them away to the insiders directly.
Seeing some people in the first row…sigh, I digress. The beautiful pictures have been ruined. I’m seriously a bit mad.

In the photos, while most of the audience members are posing with a heart gesture like Soojin, some of the people sitting in the front row appear not to be enjoying the event at all.
Another fan claimed to have been sitting right behind this person and confirmed the original poster’s suspicions.

I was sitting in the second row. That guy was playing on his phone right from the beginning. It sucks when front-row tickets are given to those who don’t even want to watch the performance.

“I was sitting behind the man. He was blocking half of Soojin the whole time. When a VCR clip was being played, he even put his hands behind his head and blocked all the subtitles. He even shook Soojin’s hand during the 2nd encore. I regret not telling him to sit lower.”
