On Instiz, while some fans didn’t see an issue with the concept, many shared their shock and “disgust”. Some even shared that they couldn’t recognize the idol and how she looked extremely different from in the past.
- “Wha…?”
- “Ugh… Why take on something like this?”
- “The fact that a show like this exists is mind-blowing… Disgusting.”
- “I heard this is a short-form drama or something like that.”
- “A short-form drama? Wow.”
- “Why does her face look so different too?”
- “I mean, it’s not even a real interview; it’s a concept interview. So many types of dramas are coming out these days. What’s with these reactions? 😂 Unless you’re in a position to be picky, you’d just take whatever role comes your way.”
- “Her face somehow looks different compared to her idol days.”
- “It’s not about the content; I was just shocked because this doesn’t feel like the Xiyeon I knew.”
- “Ugh, disgusting.”
- “Isn’t Xiyeon still only 24 years old?”
This drama has been released on the short-form platform StoryReels since October 18.
